To enable you to enjoy the perfect coffee in the warmer months, we offer a range of filter coffees for cold brew and iced brew. They are suitable for all cold brew makers, such as the Hario Filter in Bottle. 100% Arabica specialty coffees for your cold brew at home - and the full taste on your terrace! We have also listed a range of equipment from our range for your cold coffee drinks.
 
 
Cold brew – a must in summer
Cold Brew ist ein beliebtes Kaffeegetränk, das man mit Eiswürfeln in einem Glas genießt. Es entsteht durch die langsame Extraktion von gemahlenem Kaffee in kaltem Wasser über einen längeren Zeitraum (wir empfehlen 8 bis 12 Stunden). Dabei wird der Kaffee nicht erhitzt. Das führt zu einem weniger bitteren, aber intensiveren Geschmack – oft mit fruchtig-frischen Noten. An alternative to cold brew is the Iced Filter (here you find the recipe).
 
The difference to cold brew concentrate
The difference between cold brew and cold brew concentrate lies mainly in the recipe, the preparation and the intensity of the taste. Cold brew concentrate tastes stronger and more intense - the perfect basis for delicious coffee drinks. We also use cold brew concentrate as an ingredient at our bar. Cold brew, on the other hand, is a somewhat milder, ready-to-drink beverage.
