Team Röststätte

Röststätte Berlin was founded in 2003 by Yvonne and Ivo Weller.

Since Yvonne and Ivo opened the small café in the creative neighborhood of Berlin Mitte in 2006, a lot has changed, but the enthusiasm and passion for good coffee are still an essential element that connects the people behind Röststätte Berlin.

Ivo Weller

Co-Founder & Leitung Rösterei

As Co-Founder of Röststätte, Ivo manages the roastery and is responsible for quality and green coffee purchasing, among other things. Since 2010, Ivo has been a chief coffee sommelier and has 30 years of professional expertise in the field of gastronomy and hotel business. With his experience, Ivo also supports you operationally in the implementation of your projects.

Yvonne Weller

Co-Founder & Geschäftsführung

Yvonne is also the founder of Röststätte Berlin and runs the business as managing director. She also originally comes from the hotel industry and founded Röststätte together with Ivo. Yvonne is an expert in gastronomic coffee solutions and the associated financial planning. She is available to our customers personally and in an advisory capacity.

Dominic Ottlinger

Leitung Marketing

Dominic joined the family business with his experience in brand communication and has been responsible for the company's marketing, among other things, since 2015. He took over the realignment of the brand as well as product innovations such as Cold Brew X and the relaunch of the online presence.
