What is cold brew?

Cold brew is a popular coffee drink that is enjoyed in a glass with ice cubes. It is made by slowly extracting ground coffee in cold water over a longer period of time (we recommend 8 to 12 hours). The coffee is not heated during this process. This results in a less bitter but more intense taste – often with fruity, fresh notes.

All you need is the practical Kinto Cold Brew Maker, filtered water, and a filter coffee of your choice. We’ve put together some recipe inspiration for you on our blog.
