Ground coffee cannot be exchanged as it is ground exclusively at the customer’s request. Thank you for your understanding.
- 20g ground coffee
- 300 ml filtered water at 92–93 °C
- Start with a 30-second bloom using 60 g of water.
- After blooming, continue pouring in four equal stages of 60 g each, always waiting until the previous pour has fully drawn down before starting the next one.
- Total brew recipe / technique: 60 g – 60 g – 60 g – 60 g – 60 g
- Total brew time: 3:00 minutes
