From completely cold to 88°C in just 220 seconds (Home Edition) — the new Fish Smart Pour-Over Kettle switches into turbo mode when it matters and you need a delicious filter coffee, for example with a V60 or French press. This makes the kettle faster than most other kettles. At the same time, it is highly precise and delivers exact results with the perfect gooseneck spout. The integrated STRIX controller operates with 1°C precision. You can adjust the temperature from 40°C to 100°C. The Home Edition holds 600ml and offers 1000 watts of power. The touchscreen controls are very intuitive, while the elegant design and high-quality construction, including the precision spout, create a consistent water flow even when pouring very slowly. Touchscreen control: Simplifies your workflow and allows precise input of your desired temperature.
Precision water flow: The precision spout creates a constant water flow even when pouring very slowly. It ensures even extraction for filter coffee. A built-in flow restrictor maintains the water flow at an ideal speed.
Temperature control: The integrated STRIX controller operates with 1°C accuracy. You can adjust the temperature from 40 to 100°C. Safe kettle: Made from food-grade 304 stainless steel. The kettle works quickly and precisely. If operated without water, the dry-boil protection automatically switches the device off.
Versatile use: For pour-over coffee, 90–92°C is recommended for medium roasts. For light roasts, 92–96°C is recommended, and 85–90°C for dark roasts.
