All prices listed are in euros (€) and include statutory VAT and other price components, where applicable, plus shipping costs if applicable. Shipping costs will be displayed again to the customer in the shopping cart and on the checkout page.

For orders within Germany, we offer free shipping on a minimum order value of €30. For deliveries within the EU, to the UK, Switzerland, and Norway, we offer free shipping with DHL Paket on orders of €75 or more. Please note that free shipping is not available when selecting Express delivery.

You can choose to pay via PayPal or credit card.

If you pay by credit card, your account will be charged when the goods are dispatched.

The contractual relationship between PayPal and its customers is governed exclusively by PayPal’s Terms of Use.

No additional taxes or fees will be charged.

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping and packaging fee of €4.90 for orders under €30.00. Deliveries within the EU are charged €8.90. Deliveries to other European countries (UK, Switzerland, Norway) are charged €9.90. For all deliveries to the rest of the world, we charge a fee of €39.90 via UPS or DHL.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, delivery within Germany takes 2–5 business days after the order is received. Delivery times to other countries, including EU countries, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, and non-European countries, depend on the country and follow DHL’s standard delivery times, which can be found on DHL’s website.

For business customers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon handover. In the case of shipment purchases, the risk passes to the customer when the goods are handed over to the carrier or to the person or institution designated to execute the shipment.

The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until the purchase price has been paid in full.
