Varia Aku Mini
Whether on a weekend trip to the forest, in your hand luggage on a flight to Barcelona or in your garden at home – the new Varia Aku Mini precision scales are the ideal companion. Not only does it have a stylish and minimalist design, it also fits in any pocket. The electronic mini scale impresses with its precision, measuring to an accuracy of 0.01 grams. It offers several modes for manual and automatic settings and several brew modes optimised for espresso and filter coffee. And with its real-time monitoring of the flow rate, you are guaranteed the perfect brew - whether at home or on the go.

The scale is CNC-machined and waterproof to IPX6, so it will be your faithful partner in any situation and in any place. With a battery life of up to 10 hours (lithium polymer battery), you are well equipped for your next coffee adventure. The charging time is only two hours. The scales can measure weights between 0.1g and 500g. The practical scales completely convinced us in the test. Incidentally, it fits perfectly under the portafilter. Important: The scale is very compact — a bit too small to use with a filter coffee server.
Espresso mode: Consistency without effort
You’re guaranteed to pull the perfect espresso with the Aku Spro mode. It lets you measure your dose with 0.05-gram precision and then watch the live brew ratio, coffee output and water volume update in real time. With flow-rate feedback and an integrated timer, it’s hard to imagine your espresso getting any better.
