Barista Compact
The barista training for all who want to improve their skills at the espresso machine. In the course we teach you a basic coffee knowledge about the topic of cultivation, preparation, as well as differences in roasts and qualities. In the practical part we learn together the calibration of the grinder, the workflow on the machine and the basic techniques of milk foaming. Compact know-how for all ambitious coffee lovers. You can register directly for a date or you buy the ticket as a voucher without date. If you already have a ticket, you can register for a date with the ticket code. For tickets purchased since March 2022, you can also use the ticket code online as a voucher code. For older tickets the registration is done by email as indicated on the ticket.

The approx. four-hour Barista Compact course is aimed at passionate home users who want to gain a comprehensive understanding of coffee and its preparation on the espresso machine. Extensive coffee knowledge is imparted on the topics of cultivation, preparation, qualities and roasting. In the practical part, our experienced trainer will teach you how to use your espresso machine and grinder optimally and efficiently. Together we evaluate our espressos sensory and learn to make specific calibrations to achieve our desired extraction.
